Condos in Mount Pleasant

City condos

Condominiums are an excellent choice in housing for many types of people. Whether this condo is your first home, or if you simply do not want the hassles of taking care of a single family house, finding condos for sale may be a great option. A few advantages include:

• No yard work or other exterior work on a condo
• Often condos have better security than homes
• Condos are typically less expensive than homes

A condo is usually defined as a dwelling you own which may have common wall and/or floors and ceilings with neighbors. Usually there is some sort of condo-association monthly fee to pay for community improvements such as painting or a new roof. A corner-unit condo and/or top-level condo is often considered most desirable because of fewer adjoining walls with neighboring condos.

There are so many townhouses and condominiums in the general Charleston/Mount Pleasant/Kiawah areas that we cannot possibly feature them all here. The best thing to do is fill in our request form or email us with details of your ideal size and price of a condo or townhouse, and we will email back to you with all the current listings that match your criteria.

Above are a couple of links to sites that feature a few condominiums and you may like to note that in October, 2004 the Mount pleasant planning board issued the following:-

Condominiums have been approved for the RiverTowne subdivision and townhouses have been approved for the Park West subdivision. Also, townhouses have been approved for Charleston National subdivision. Multi-family dwellings have been approved for Hamlin Plantation and there are sections where townhouses can be built by virtue of the planned development.
