The properties at Mona Lisa Village offer a unique combination of luxury adult living.
It is an age restricted, gated community complete with pool, spa and recreation center. The houses are situated to facilitate easy access to these fine amenities. In addition, Mona Lisa Village is close to so many things that shopping, recreation, and healthcare are practically at your fingertips. Medical facilities such as Nothwest Hospital and shopping centers like Foothills Mall are only a short distance from your front door at Mona Lisa Village.
If you are looking for an exclusive hide-away home, Reddington Ranch Estates is the gated
community for you. Reddington Ranch is behind one of the tightest security systems in the valley,
near the end of Tanque Verde Road. This neighborhood features a private lake, stable, tennis courts,
and recreation area. Here nature seems almost undisturbed - yours to enjoy. Homes in Reddington
Ranch are set on large lots overlooking the Tucson valley and south all the way to Mexico.
Finisterra is a small gated community offering properties at high elevation with
spectacular views. The elevation at the gatehouse is 3800 feet and it goes up from there. Including
townhomes as well as single-family dwellings, Finisterra is located on the west side of Craycroft
Road, two miles above Sunrise Drive. This quiet enclave borders on the Coronado National Forest.
There are 169 houses in the neighborhood with a few building sites left undeveloped. Townhouses
start at $350,000 while stand-alone single-family residences range from $279,000 and up. To top it
off, Finisterra is located in school district 16, which some say is the finest in the area.
At La Paloma Estates, residents live on a 27-hole Jack Nicolas golf course in magnificent
homes built since the early 1980's. In addition to the golf course, this gated community offers a
private country club and a 5-star resort hotel. Like Finisterra, La Paloma Estates includes both
townhouses and single-family residences. Houses here start around $350,000 while townhomes begin
at $100,00 and range almost that high. La Paloma is within the school district 16 limits.
Just north of Skyline Drive, Skyline Country Club Estates is another gated golf community.
Spread along one of the loveliest ridges in the Santa Catalina Mountains are 280 luxurious homes on
ample lots. Skyline Country Club Estates features a par 71 private golf course and properties in
a wide range of prices, some dating from the 1960's. You may find a home anywhere between $500,000
and $800,000 plus. Children in this neighborhood attend school in district 16.
